Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch or Munch on our Smoked Salmon Bagel which is packed with flavour. Prime Scottish or Norwegian Salmon, cured and smoked in Lowestoft using seasoned Oak in 200 year old kilns to give a character and flavour that is soft and unique. Served with a thick helping of cream cheese and locally grown chives to add a bit of Suffolk punch. With sliced red onion (or not) served chilled or grilled.
