Smoked Haddock, Cod and Hake

Our Smoked Cod and Haddock is unique. We slow smoke all of our white fish in our ancient Kipper Kilns to give it a flavour of tradition, no dyes, no preservatives, no chemicals just cured slowly in high grade kosher mineral salt, left to dry naturally then racked in the kiln while smoked with 100% seasoned Oak from Norfolk forests. Beautiful smoked Cod and Haddock cut and generously portioned in 200g vacuum packs.
