Our natural rock Oysters are supplied from beds around the Essex coast.
The Rock Oyster is available all year round, the shells are long deep and flared, and the oyster is meaty, firm and creamy with a fresh sweet taste. Our Oysters mature in the plankton-rich waters of the to take on a defined flavour full of zinc and other minerals.
We recommend that you keep the Oysters in the fridge with a damp tea towel or tissue on top. They are best eaten as soon as possible after delivery but should last up to three days if cared for properly.
