Cut from superior grade fresh Scottish Salmon filleted and pinboned by hand, brined in Kosher salt and cooked for many hours using Norfolk Oak. One of our most popular and delicious products especially around the festive periods. This year we are offering full sides and half sides, vacuum packed on gold serving boards. As a table piece, a buffet style dish or just cut into generous starters or main courses. Any leftovers blitz with cream, lemon juice and peppercorns for an awesome pate that you can freeze and enjoy later.
Our Hot Smoked Salmon Sides are cut from 4-5 Kilo fresh Salmon resulting in a side that is between 1.2 and 1.4 Kilos and half sides are around 500-700 g each.
