Made with prime cuts of hot Oak slow smoked Salmon flaked into a generous 180g portion pot for you to pop in the fridge or freezer and whisk up a great meal in minutes. Ideal for Salads, Baked Potatoes, Fish Pies, Sandwiches and snacks when you need to work a quick kitchen miracle or create a flavour packed starter or main meal. Serve straight form the pot or add a little lemon Mayo, or fresh herbs typically Dill or Coriander, or for a real seafood treat mix up a little Smoked Paprika with Celery Salt & Cayenne

Our Fridge Dippers are now available with Cracked Black Pepper, Chilli Flakes, Sweet Chilli or Woodland Honey

Please remember to treat this as a fresh product, only keep it (defrosted) in the fridge for 4-5 days it doesn't have the life of a vacuum packed fully smoked product, and just make sure there are no bones in it.
