Choose a hot or spicy sauce or just enjoy it "au naturel". (The sandwich not you!). This is a very traditional Oak smoked Kipper Fillet served in a sub roll or Baguette, Herring is one of the most healthy fish available in the Sea, rich in Omega 3 oils, it is fished responsibly and cut, cured and smoked right here in Lowestoft. - See the big wind turbine to the North of the beach ? just by there our smokehouse has been smoking Herring for nearly 200 years...
