Smoked Haddock, Cod and Hake

Our Smoked Cod and Haddock is unique. We slow smoke all of our white fish in our 150 year old Kipper Kilns to give it a flavour of tradition, no dyes, no preservatives, no chemicals just cured slowly in high grade mineral salt left to dry naturally then racked in the kiln while we smoke it with 100% Oak from Norfolk forests. Beautiful smoked Cod and Haddock cit and generously portioned in 200g vacuum packs.
