Our Smoked Mackerel is well received with large fillets that are hand cut. 300 to 500g Icelandic and Norwegian fish are selected, filleted and cured before hot smoking, chilling, packing and labelling. We offer a range of flavours including Plain Oak Smoke, Cracked Pepper, Chilli, Garlic, Chive, Sweet Chilli and Honey.
Mackerel is a fish with plenty of flavour and character, it is a good starter, main course and very versatile in pates, and risottos.
