Waveney Valley Smokehouse offers contract smoking services for Fish, including; Herring / Kippers / Bloaters / Buckling, Salmon, Cod, Haddock, Mackerel, Trout and Exotics.
Quantities from 100 Kg to multi pallets for either Kiln (hot) Smoked or Cold Smoked product.
All products supplied must be in line with our accredited inbound product procedures for temperature and condition. (details available on request)
We smoke both and hot and cold using seasoned Norfolk Oak and can provide flavour options including Honey, Chili, Chive, Pepper, Garlic, Cajun, Paprika and Citrus. Products can be packed loose boxed, in trade or retail vacuum pouches. Labeling services include bespoke product labeling, nutrition and freezer labels. All labeling complying to FSA / EU regulations.
All contracts batch tagged and tracked, labels provided as required for contract, trade, or retail as required. Finished goods supplied labeled under manufacturers Food Safety License.
